The Rowland Hall campus near 9th & 9th is under contract to a developer that primarily builds apartments designed for college students living off-campus, Building Salt Lake has learned.
The activity is a signal that the brick building on Lincoln Street stretching from 800 South to the rear of retail buildings at the 9th & 9th business district will likely be converted into student housing.
