LAS VEGAS (Sept. 22, 2026) – On Tuesday, September 22, Jonathan Fore, Managing Member of Fore Property, joined Commissioner Justin Jones, project partners, community leaders and invited guests to celebrate the official groundbreaking of Jewel, a new luxury mixed-use residential community coming to Las Vegas’ Chinatown district.
Located at 3588 S. Valley View Blvd., Jewel represents a $143 million investment in the Las Vegas Valley and will feature 380 luxury apartment homes and 26,000 square feet of retail and commercial space designed to create a walkable live-work-play environment.
The ceremonial event featured remarks from project leaders highlighting the importance of increased housing options, continued economic development and thoughtful investment in one of Southern Nevada’s most dynamic neighborhoods.
