BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The Bakersfield Police Department reminds parents and guardians to ensure children ride safely by using the correct car seats, booster seats, and properly fitted seat belts.
It’s part of an annual campaign, Child Passenger Safety Week, from September 21-27 to raise awareness about the importance of car seat safety and proper installation.
