ICE Boston said it arrested Luis Alberto Suchite Garcia, a Guatemalan man it described as in the country illegally, during a targeted operation in Waltham on Sept. 8.
According to the agency, he faces pending charges including three counts of domestic violence, strangulation or suffocation, and threats to commit murder. ICE said he had previously been arrested for domestic violence, strangulation or suffocation, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and violating an abuse-prevention order. Pending charges are allegations.
