PEPPER PIKE, Ohio (WJW) — A 39-year-old Lakewood man has been identified as the victim killed in a wrong-way crash on Interstate 271 early Tuesday.
Nekmurat Nurov was driving a Toyota northbound on I-271 when police say a Subaru traveling the wrong way crashed head-on into his vehicle near Shaker Boulevard.
Nurov was killed in the crash…
