GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – Crews are officially breaking ground on a 92-acre mixed-use district taking shape along Laurens Road in Greenville on Wednesday morning.
Officials said that the Bolden Street District along the Swamp Rabbit Trail will include homes and businesses as well as walking trails and pedestrian spaces.
