At V&M Bistro on Marsh Road in Wilmington, sisters Vincenza and Margherita Carrieri-Russo are carrying on a family tradition that began more than 60 years ago. Their restaurant draws on the cooking of Puglia, Italy, the lessons they learned growing up in the family pizza business, and a belief that hospitality should feel personal.
