EL PASO, TEXAS — More than 7,000 El Paso Electric customers were without power early Wednesday, according to the utility’s outage map.
The map showed 44 outages affecting 7,119 customers across the El Paso area and parts of southern New Mexico as of about 1:29 a.m. Wednesday.
