ST. LOUIS – A St. Louis County man facing felony domestic violence charges was given two breaks by a judge before later being accused of murder.
It involves Italo Wade, who faces 2025 felony child endangerment and harassment charges in St. Louis County after prosecutors say Wade repeatedly threatened to kill his former partner and their child.
After getting two breaks from a judge, which allowed Wade’s release from jail and then removal of his ankle monitor, Wade then allegedly shot and killed a man after a North St. Louis car crash August 28th. St. Louis Police wrote in a probable cause statement that Wade “Admitted to shooting (the victim) several times after the car accident.” Court records also indicate Wade’s 2-year-old child was with him…
