DAVIS COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) — A lightning strike was caught on camera amid severe weather earlier this week.
This video, provided by Tucker Ralphs, shows the harrowing moment a lightning strike hit US-84, near the mouth of Weber Canyon, just feet away from a moving truck.
The National Weather Service confirmed to ABC4.com that the area did experience a severe thunderstorm and data shows that one lightning strike hit the side of US-84 near milepost 87 around 9 p.m.
