Frothing up lemon foam and cutting drink menus were on the list of last-minute preparations before Seasoned opened to friends and family in early September.
Owners Garrett and Felicia Kirsch flitted around the small dining and backroom spaces in their new downtown Eugene brick and mortar, where they got the keys to the former Bo & Vine storefront in a whirlwind nine-day turnaround. The couple jumped at the opportunity to elevate their culinary offerings in a new space of their own.
