EUGENE, Ore. — Eugene police arrested a Reedsport man Monday in connection with a July hit-and-run crash that seriously injured a bicyclist.
The crash happened at 8:41 p.m. back on July 4 on River Road near Springwood Drive, according to the Eugene Police Department (EPD). A female bicyclist was seriously injured.
