CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — Two Chattanooga men are facing aggravated neglect charges after an arrest report says police they found an elderly woman in severe pain and living in unsafe conditions at a home Wednesday morning.
According to an arrest report, Chattanooga Police and Adult Protective Services went to the residence for a welfare check after receiving a referral alleging severe neglect.
