The “hospitality-driven, inclusive gathering space” would offer “distinct yet complementary experiences throughout the day,” according to an application included within the Planning Commission agenda packet.

The 2,135-square-foot former Divani restaurant space would function as a floral shop and tea lounge during the day, then transform into a cocktail lounge by night, plans show. The lounge would offer flowers by the stem, tea, coffee, beer, wine, cocktails and “light food.” While initial hours would be more limited, Failer hopes to eventually expand the hours to 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. seven days a week…
