(FOX40.COM) — Three people have been charged following the conclusion of an investigation of a “super meth lab bust” earlier this month in Stanislaus County, officials announced on Wednesday.
On Sept. 11, the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Office shared that detectives executed a search warrant on a meth lab and seized 160 gallons of liquid methamphetamine — enough to produce an estimated 1,000 pounds of methamphetamine — alongside 100 pounds of finished methamphetamine. Detectives also seized $730,000 in cash, and eight firearms.
Due to the size of the operation, three people have been federally charged and the case will be prosecuted by the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of California, the sheriff’s office said…
