CENTRAL FALLS, RI — Members of the Intelligence Unit, Violent Fugitive Task Force, and the FBI Safe Streets Task Force arrested a Central Falls man on multiple firearms charges on Sept. 22, 2026.
Ruben Josue Depina Andrade, 20, of Central Falls, was arrested at 6 a.m. and charged with license or permit required for carrying a pistol, alteration of marks of identification on firearms, restrictions on manufacture, sale, and purchase of prohibited firearms, possession of a firearm by certain persons prohibited, and sale of a concealed weapon.
