VISTA, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) — The San Diego County Sheriff’s Office (SDSO) is investigating after someone under its custody was found dead inside a jail cell on Tuesday.
Investigators learned that a 45-year-old male who was previously held at the Vista Detention Facility was taken to a local hospital after an apparent self-inflicted injury.
