TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A former chemical storage facility in Toledo appears to no longer be a secured site and one dog showed us Tuesday how easy it is to get inside.
Our I-TEAM went to check it the situation and found a four legged friend stuck on the roof. The story was supposed to be about an open door at Omni Polymers on Nebraska Avenue. Turns out we were not the only ones out there.
That dog was sitting high atop the roof of Omni Polymers but this place is clearly not his home. It’s a place where Toledo Fire and Rescue and eventually the US Environmental Protection Agency came in 2024 to examine the chemicals stored inside, after some of them leaked into the nearby Swan Creek…
