Greenlee’s Mexican Kitchen is one of the newest concepts from Piper Hospitality Group. The sister concept to Preslee’s Southern Good Eatery is expected to open in Katy at 6001 Highway Blvd.
The new eatery was announced in late October 2025, when the owners announced they were expanding westward from Houston into the Houston suburb of Katy. The upcoming development is planned for a 3.5-acre property located in Old Katy and situated right next to Midway BBQ.
