LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — The Pulaski County Quorum Court approved a measure to establish new regulations on data centers on Tuesday night.
The vote passed 11 to 4 in favor of the ordinance and is now heading to County Judge Barry Hyde, who now has a week to decide whether he will sign or veto it.
