The former home of The Rustic could soon have a new tenant, and it’s a buzzy Fort Worth-born beer garden with plenty of Texas flair.
Second Rodeo Brewing, a popular Stockyards hangout, is eyeing its first San Antonio location at The Rim. That’s according to a request for proposal filed by Hospitality group Brainstorm Shelter, which reveals the concept could take over the roughly 14,000-square-foot space at 17619 La Cantera Parkway.
