The South Dakota Pork Producers Council is putting pork in the spotlight this October through a month-long partnership with Downtown Sioux Falls designed to connect consumers with pork through local restaurants and dining experiences.
The Pork Showdown will run throughout October in downtown Sioux Falls, bringing pork-focused dishes and promotions to consumers as part of a “Pork-tober” celebration.
The initiative is sponsored by the South Dakota Pork Producers Council in partnership with Downtown Sioux Falls.
