HALFMOON, NY — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a woman Tuesday in connection with the theft of air conditioning units.
Anna J. Rozell, 44, of Troy, was charged with grand larceny in the 3rd degree, criminal mischief in the 2nd degree and conspiracy in the 5th degree.
