ALLENTOWN, Pa. – If you walk along the 24-acre property of Fairview Cemetery on the south side of Allentown, a bird’s-eye view doesn’t look too bad, but when you get into the thick of it, you may start to notice other issues.
One resident describes the property as tall grass, weeds around the tombstones, and groundhogs running across the roads.
