A major development in the decades-old disappearance of Sabrina Kahler unfolded Wednesday as the man charged in the case was transported to Erie from Indiana.
According to Pennsylvania State Police and the Erie Cold Case Unit, David Heck was charged Tuesday afternoon before District Judge Susan Stoymeyer in Greene Township after being extradited from Indiana.
