TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Toledo man who lives on 323rd Street says he hasn’t received mail at his home in over three or four months.
Kaleb Glass says his mail carrier stopped delivering to his house after an incident involving his dog.
“He got out of my backyard and came up here. Then, my mailman was delivering my neighbor’s mail at the time, and he screamed at my dog. He said that he was vicious and all this good stuff about him,” Glass said.
