The horrific accident that injured Toledo’s fire chief, Allison Armstrong, just goes to show that the carnage on our nation’s highways is at emergency levels.
Thankfully, Chief Armstrong will recover, though her injuries were serious and no doubt will require long recuperation and may have permanent effects.
