A celebrity-founded luxury real estate brand is leading sales for an exclusive gated community in North Texas, where just 19 homes are expected to sell for more than $25 million combined.
Sales launched Wednesday for Windmill Estates, a 19-home gated community in Aubrey. SERHANT, which bills itself as the world’s most-followed real estate brand, is leading sales through Dallas founding agent Aaron Shockey.
