A Houston entrepreneur and former special envoy to President George W. Bush is putting his $4 million Sugar Land mansion up for sale, shortly after buying one of the region’s priciest penthouses this year.
Sada Cumber, a Pakistani American entrepreneur, was appointed by Bush in 2008 as the first special envoy to what is now known as the Organization of the Islamic Cooperation, often described as the second-largest intergovernmental organization after the United Nations. Cumber has founded more than a dozen companies in technology, health care and cybersecurity industries. He and his wife, Mumtaz, are also philanthropists supporting arts, cultural and global development causes.
This week, the couple started marketing for sale their custom residence in Sugar Land with an asking price of $4 million.
