LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY)– The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is warning drivers to think before scanning to pay for parking.
Brielle Blanchard, CEO of the Better Business Bureau of Acadiana, said scammers place their own QR code stickers over the legitimate parking meter QR code stickers.
