A Minnesota man is facing a vehicular homicide charge after he allegedly fled the scene of an accident to go pick up food at a McDonald’s drive-thru.
Alex Ray Kisch was arrested on Sunday, September 20, at his home at 6:42 a.m. after he allegedly struck and killed an unidentified pedestrian a little after 2 a.m., according to court documents viewed by Globe.
Police initially responded to a call of a man lying face down in the street. When officers arrived, they found the man with blood pooling around his head.
