Officials have completed emergency repairs on an overpass truck by a semi truck hauling a huge cylinder through San Antonio earlier this week.
The semi truck struck the overpass at about 6 p.m. in the 10000 block of South State Highway 16 near Loop 410 in San Antonio, Texas,
