A 27-year-old man faces two felony charges after allegedly fleeing an attempted Eden Prairie police traffic stop at speeds exceeding 100 mph, driving into oncoming traffic and eventually being stopped with a PIT maneuver, according to a criminal complaint.
Yovani Aguilar Rosas is charged with felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle, felony obstruction of legal process and misdemeanor reckless driving in connection with the Sept. 19 incident, according to the complaint, filed in Hennepin County District Court.
