Metcalf Builders announced today the completion of a new Holiday Inn Express in the growing Sparks Marina area. Located along Prater Way, the project includes a four-story, 54,368-square-foot hotel featuring 93 guest rooms.
The Holiday Inn Express was constructed as a sister project to The Afton, a nearby multi-family development by Metcalf Builders.
