Nick and Vanessa Lachey are once again putting their Los Angeles residence on the market.
The couple, known for hosting the hit Netflix show Love Is Blind, have listed their spacious five-bedroom, nine-bathroom home located in Tarzana, a suburban neighborhood in the southwestern San Fernando Valley. The property offers 6,855 square feet of living space on nearly 30,000 square feet of land and is currently priced at $8.2 million.
Mauricio Umansky of The Agency shared that the Lacheys are preparing to leave California to embark on “a new chapter” in their lives.
Originally built in 2014, the Lacheys purchased the Tarzana home in 2020 but only lived there for about a year. When Vanessa was cast on NCIS Hawai’i from 2021 to 2024, the family relocated, and they privately sold the house to tennis star Naomi Osaka for $6.3 million in 2022.
During her ownership, Osaka made several upgrades, including an 800-square-foot guest house, a gym, a kitchenette, and a spa-style bathroom. The estate also features a movie theater, a large kitchen with two islands, a wine cellar, a tennis and basketball court, a swimming pool, and stunning views of the San Fernando Valley.
After the cancellation of NCIS Hawai’i, the Lacheys bought the home back from Osaka in 2025 for $7.95 million. The couple shares three children: Camden, Phoenix, and Brooklyn.
Nick and Vanessa Lachey are well-known figures in entertainment. Nick first rose to fame in the late 1990s as the lead singer of the boy band 98 Degrees and gained further recognition through the reality show Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica.
In 2021, he won season five of The Masked Singer. Vanessa, a former Miss Teen USA (1998), has built a career as a model, actress, and TV personality, working as a correspondent for Entertainment Tonight and MTV’s Total Request Live.
The couple met in 2006, married on Necker Island in 2011, and have been co-hosting Love Is Blind since 2020.
Reflecting on their time in the Tarzana home, the Lacheys said, “We love living at [this house]. It provided so many great memories. We’re happy and excited for the next family to carry on the tradition and continue to love it as much as we did.”
