BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — A child suffered major injuries after a truck ran a stop sign, broadsided the mother’s vehicle in an east Bakersfield neighborhood. Those inside the truck allegedly ran off, but the passenger was taken into custody while the driver remains wanted.
The Bakersfield Police Department said on September 24, at around 2 p.m., there was a report of a crash on Tyree Toliver and Wilkins Street.
