CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – A proposed third phase of Dairy Market brought the 10th and Page Neighborhood Association and Stony Point Development Group face-to-face Wednesday night.
The community meeting at the Jefferson School African American Heritage Center focused on a proposal to add 277 apartments, a 133-room hotel and a parking deck near Preston Avenue. The development proposal remains under review by the City of Charlottesville.
