Police Chase Ends With Car Slamming Into Residential Home in Fairview Township
Just after midnight on Wednesday, September 23, a Pennsylvania State Police trooper on Interstate 581 in Cumberland County got an alert about a stolen registration plate on a dark blue Hyundai sedan.
The trooper activated lights and sirens. The driver didn’t stop.

The driver, 22-year-old Candyce Bond of Harrisburg, fled south on I-83, turned onto Fishing Creek Road, and lost control at the intersection of Fishing Creek Road and Lewisberry Road in Fairview Township.
