The highly anticipated trial for Pennsylvania Parole Agent Kevin Seelinger is quickly approaching, as he appeared once more in Erie County Court.
Seelinger is accused of killing Marchello Woodard during a parole compliance check in July of 2025. The Erie County district attorney’s office filed homicide charges against Seelinger.
