A reported shooting tied to a dispute over money left two Battle Creek residents uninjured near South McKinley Avenue and Capital Avenue NE as police continue to investigate the case.
Officers responded to the area at 4:10 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 23, according to a community announcement. A 53-year-old Battle Creek man and a 31-year-old Battle Creek woman told police someone they know fired at them following a dispute over money.
