A Clay County man who posted Instagram videos and sent anti-Semitic texts threatening Jewish services is facing federal charges for interstate transmission of threats.
Duncan Fraser MacDonald, whom a criminal complaint lists as a Clay County resident, faces charges in U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida for threats reported to authorities by the Jewish Federation & Foundation of Northeast Florida.
