(FOX40.COM) — Sacramento County Sheriff Jim Cooper is questioning California’s parole system after a convicted rapist sentenced to multiple life terms was released and is now living in Sacramento County.
47-year-old Lloyd Clinton Edwards, who was convicted of several serious crimes including rape, kidnapping, and assault, was released on parole four years ago. He recently identified as living in Sacramento County.
