SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – A Springfield animal rescue nearly faced a big bill because of people dumping trash where they shouldn’t.
Rescue One posted a video on Facebook showing people in a truck with a trailer of junk pulling up to the shelter’s dumpster. The nonprofit says they dumped a load after it had been emptied earlier that day, leaving trash everywhere.
It cost the rescue $600 to clean up, money that would have gone toward animal care. The Greene County Sheriff’s Office stepped in to help…
