OREGON CITY, Ore. (KPTV) – An in-home nurse has been arrested for physically abusing a 1-year-old patient, according to the Oregon City Police Department.
Devante Jermaine Hamilton, 33, was arrested Thursday and booked into the Clackamas County Jail for first-degree criminal mistreatment, third-degree assault, harassment, and menacing.
Police said detectives began investigating on Sept. 18 following a report of physical abuse involving a child with several complex medical conditions. According to police, the child had suspicious injuries.
