People who were at a school in Battle Ground last week may have been exposed to measles, Clark County officials said Wednesday.
A person who later tested positive for measles was at River HomeLink, an alternative K-12 school, at 610A Southwest Eaton Boulevard in Battle Ground on Sept. 17, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., authorities said in a statement.
Measles is highly contagious, and people who may have been exposed should watch for symptoms for 21 days. Symptoms include a high fever, cough, watery red eyes, tiny white spots inside the mouth, and a reddish rash…
