CANAL FULTON, Ohio (WOIO)— A Canal Fulton man is accused of stealing more than $24,000 from an elderly woman and using the money at a casino, according to a criminal complaint filed in Massillon Municipal Court.
Michael Bailey, 62, was the victim’s power of attorney, court records show. Investigators say Bailey knowingly misused the woman’s Social Security money, loaning it to friends and spending it at a casino.
