BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A five-year-old child suffered severe injuries in a hit-and-run collision in southeast Bakersfield Thursday afternoon.
At around 2:05 p.m., a woman was driving westbound with her kids inside the vehicle. She was preparing to make a southbound turn in the area of Tyree Toliver and Wilkins streets, according to the Bakersfield Police Department.
