LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A woman is facing charges in connection with reports of a 79-year-old who had more than $4,300 stolen by their power of attorney, according to the Ephrata Police Department.
On March 6, EPD received a report from the Lancaster County Office of Aging concerning possible financial exploitation of an elderly care-dependent person.
