BURLINGAME, Calif. (KRON) — A new drug and alcohol recovery center is coming to San Mateo County.
Horizon Treatment Services has been approved to develop a 69-bed center in Burlingame.
The recovery center — currently in its design stage — is looking at launching in early 2029. People involved with the project say it’s for the community.
