Residents of College Park got a sneak peek of the Purple Line on Thursday.
The Maryland Transit Administration brought one of the light-rail line’s railcars to the Baltimore Avenue stop, just south of the Hotel at the University of Maryland.
Gov. Wes Moore requested the visit so that attendees of the World Quantum Congress at the hotel could check it out, but staffers have also been regulars at street fairs and farmers’ markets along the route for a while…
